高效液相色谱法测定珍珠胃安丸中丹皮酚含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定珍珠胃安丸中丹皮酚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Apollo C18-A色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(50∶50)为流动相,检测波长274 nm,流速1.0 mL/min。结果丹皮酚进样量在0.050 7～1.014μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 8(n=6);平均回收率为98.32%,RSD=1.14%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法简便、灵敏、稳定、准确,可作为珍珠胃安丸中丹皮酚含量的测定方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of paeonol in Zhenzhu Weian Pills.Methods The HPLC method was used with the Apollo C18-A cloumn（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） and methanol-water（50 ∶50） as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was at 274 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear range of paeonol was 0.050 7 μg-1.014 0 μg,r=0.999 8.The average recovery rate was 98.32%,RSD=1.14%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,stable and accurate,which can be used to determine the content of paeonol in Zhenzhu Weian Pills.
