摘　　要：目的了解医院药品应用情况,以预测和评估临床用药趋势。方法对2009年每月出库金额由高到低排序,重点监测抗菌药物和中成药两大类药物。结果 2009年出库金额前5位分别是抗感染药物、循环系统用药、中成药、消化系统用药、维生素与矿物质类药物;抗感染药物每月排名均在前10位的有6个品种,青霉素类占主要部分,哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠出库金额名列前茅;中成药每月排名均在前20位的有12个品种,用于心脑血管系统的有9个品种;部分品种每月出库金额波动较大,个别品种存在不合理使用问题。结论合理使用抗菌药物和中药注射剂是医院药品管理的重要内容。Objective To investigate the current situation and developing trend of drugs use in our hospital in 2009.Methods The data of drugs use in 2009 was collected and analyzed.To add up and analyze amount of money of consumption sum.The drugs were arranged in the order of consumption sum each month.The monitoring emphases were two categories of drugs antibacterials and Chinese patent medicines.Results Categories ranked in top 5 by the consumption sum were in turn anti-infective medicines（AIM）,cardiovascular system agents,Chinese patent medicines（CPM）,digestive system agents and vitamin and mineral products.There were 6 kinds of drugs remaining in top 10 of AIM,dominated by penicillin category.Piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection ranked first on the list of AIM.There were 12 kinds of drugs remaining in top 20 consumption sum of CPM,in which 9 cardiovascular system category of CPM.The structure of mostly drug administration in 2009 remained stable,but the sum of several kinds of medicines fluctuated according to the some factors.Irrational use problem existed in individual varieties.Conclusion It is important to strengthen the supervision of rational use of antibiotics and Chinese medicine injections.
