摘　　要：目的探讨婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎心肌损害的心肌酶谱、心电图及超声心动图各指标的变化。方法将52例大便轮状病毒(RV)抗原阳性患儿作为观察组,空腹抽血查心肌酶谱并行心电图及超声心动图检查,同时选择同期住院RV抗原检测阴性的40例肠炎患儿作对照组,做相同的检查,对其结果进行对比分析。结果①RV抗原阳性患儿心肌酶谱各指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);②与对照组相比,RV抗原阳性患儿心电图的异常表现率增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③超声心动图各指标,两组无明显差异。结论小儿轮状病毒性肠炎心肌损害可引起心肌酶谱、心电图和超声心动图多指标的变化,动态观察其变化,对明确诊断、指导治疗有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the changes of various index of myocardial injury with infectious diarrhea（ID） caused by rotavirus in infants. Methods Fifty-two children of stool rotavirus antigen positive were sampled as observation group and were phlebotomized to detect serum levels of AST, CK, CK-MB, LDH, α-HBDH, also were checked by electrocardiogram （ECG） and Doppler ultrasound echocardiography（UCG）. Forty children of stool rotavirus antigen negative were sampled as control group with the same examinations. Results （1）The myocardial enzyme level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. （2）Compared with the control group ,the abnormal rate of ECG in the observation group was higher（ P 〈 0.05 ）. （3）the difference of index of UCG between two groups was not significant. Conclusion The myocardial injury in rotavirus diarrhea infants may cause the changes of serum myocardial enzyme, ECG and UCG, so to observe the changes was very important to diagnosis and cure in early days.
