子宫输卵管超声造影的临床应用及进展

摘　　要：子宫输卵管声学造影是指向宫腔内注入造影剂后,在超声下观察造影剂通过宫腔及输卵管时的流动情况判断输卵管的功能,该技术既能直观清晰观察输卵管的通畅性也可显示宫腔、盆腔内病变的位置和特征。国内外学者分别使用不同的声学造影剂和显像方法进行多项临床试验,结果显示与既往检查输卵管通畅性方法相比较,子宫输卵管超声造影操作简单、无创伤、花费少、准确性高,具有很高的临床应用价值。尤其近10年来,随着声学造影剂和超声仪器设备的发展,该技术日渐成熟,可作为临床诊断输卵管源性不孕症的首选方法。本文综述子宫输卵管声学造影的发展和操作过程及技术要领,重点讨论该技术判断输卵管通畅性的临床应用价值,并介绍该技术临床应用的最新进展。Hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography is a valuable sonographic examination that allows us to determine the tubal patency by injecting contrast agent into the uterine cavity. Scholars are using different methods of ultrasound contrast agents and imaging in a number of clinical trials, the results show that this method is simple, noninvasive, inexpensive and high accuracy as compared to the previous method of examination of tubal patency. It can not only help us to observe the tubal patency but also show lesion location and characteristics of intrauterine and pelvic. Particularly, with the contrast agent and the development of ul- trasound equipment over the past decade, the technology is maturing as a clinical diagnosis. This article reviews the development and technique of ultra sonography（ USG）, discuss the clinical value of USG diagnosing tubal patency and introduce the latest advancement.
