摘　　要：目的探索中药药性与功效之间的相关性,揭示其内在规律。方法在整理2005年版《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)收载中药药性与功效数据的基础上,采用数据挖掘方法对药性与功效的内在规律进行分析。结果单性能的研究难以完全表征药物的作用,需将四气、五味、归经等性能视为整体进行研究,方能突显药性与功效之间的内在联系。结论通过对药典中药性与功效数据的整理与关联规则分析,明确了每种性能所对应的主要功效,为组方用药提供了理论依据。Objective To develop the theory of Chinese herbal nature by studying the relationship between Chinese herbal nature and function. Methods The relationship between Chinese herbal nature and function was analyzed by data mining based on the traditional record. The data of the Chinese herbal nature and function were collected from 2005 edition of People＇s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia. Results Single property couldn＇t represent the effect of the herbal. So the four natures, five flavors and channel tropism should be integrated as a whole. It clearly point the way to future development of the theory of Chinese herbal nature. Conclusion The definite links between Chinese herbal nature and function were discovered. It is helpful to promote the development of the theory of Chinese herbal nature.
