摘　　要：目的应用阿扑吗啡(APO)诱导的抽动障碍大鼠模型,探讨不同组方的速效祛风止动方对抽动障碍大鼠行为的影响。方法采用随机抽签分组方法,将50只雄性SD大鼠分为正常组、模型组、速效祛风止动1号方(速效1号)组、速效祛风止动2号方(速效2号)组和祛风止动方组,每组10只,分别给予相应药物,观察各组大鼠治疗1周和2周后刻板行为和开野实验的穿越格子数、直立次数、理毛次数、粪便粒数的改善程度。结果各组大鼠的体重、实验室检查比较,差异无统计学意义;速效1号组、速效2号组在快速减少抽动大鼠的刻板行为方面优于祛风止动组(P<0.05);速效1号组、速效2号组在改善穿越格子数、理毛次数、直立次数、粪便粒数方面优于祛风止动组(P<0.05)。结论速效1号方、速效2号方能较快改善APO诱导的抽动大鼠的活动水平,增强动物的适应力,且无毒副作用。Objective To approach the influence of two kinds of Immediate Effect Qufeng Zhidong Recipe on tic disorder rat model behavior, by applying apomorphine （APO）-induced tic disorder rat model. Methods Fifty SD rats were randomly divided to normal group, model group, Immediate Effect Qufeng Zhidong Recipe 1 （IEQZR-1） group, Immediate Effect Qufeng Zhidong Recipe 2 （IEQZR-2） group and Qufeng Zhidong Recipe （QZR） group, 10 rarts in each group. After one and two weeks＇ therapy, the improvement degrees of stereotyped behavior and the open-field test including the number of passing-panel, straightening, groomming and dejecta pill were observed. Results There were no difference in the weights and laboratory examinations of the five groups. The effect of IEQZR- 1 and IEQZR-2 groups were better than that of QZR group at the aspect of tachy-decreasing the tic disorder rats＇ stereotyped behavior （P〈0.05）. The therapy of IEQZR-1 and IEQZR-2 group were better than that of QZR group at the aspect of improving the number of passing-panel, straightening, gromming and dejecta pill. Conclusion IEQZR- 1 and IEQZR-2 can improve the activity level of the tic disorder rat induced by APO more quickly and reinforce the animal＇s ability of adaption, with no side effects.
