参龙健脑胶囊对慢性脑缺血大鼠氧化损伤及胆碱能神经递质的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参龙健脑胶囊对脑缺血大鼠的脑保护作用。方法利用双侧颈总动脉结扎制备慢性脑缺血模型,选50只大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、脑复康阳性对照组及参龙健脑胶囊大、小剂量组。各给药组以相应药物灌胃,假手术组、模型组予生理盐水灌胃。4周后测定各组大鼠大脑皮层羟自由基(·OH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的含量。结果参龙健脑胶囊可明显降低脑缺血大鼠大脑皮层·OH和MDA的含量,提高SOD和AchE的活性。结论参龙健脑胶囊对大鼠慢性脑缺血有明显的保护作用。Objective To explore the protective effects of Shenlongjiannao capsule on rats with cerebral ischemia. Methods The cerebral ischemia animal model was established by two-vessel occlusion. Fifty rats were randomly divided into 5 groups.- control group with sham operation, model group, positive control group of pisacetam, Shenlongjiannao capsule groups （low and high dosage）. Four weeks later, SOD, · OH, MDA and AchE in cortex was measured. Result Shenglongjiannao capsule decreased the contents of MDA and · OH in cortex of cerebral ischemia rats, and improved activities of SOD and AchE. Conclusion Shenlongjiannao capsule may play protective role on rats with chronic cerebral ischemia.
