高效液相色谱法测定虫草安肺片中盐酸麻黄碱含量

摘　　要：目的建立虫草安肺片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,选用DiamonsilC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.025mol/L磷酸水溶液(5:95)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为210nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱在1.950～5.850μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.08%,RSD=3.01%,拖尾因子为1.03。结论本方法快速、简便、准确、重复性较好,结果可靠,可用于控制虫草安肺片制剂的质量。Objective To establish an accurate method for the determination of Ephedrine hydrochloride in Chongcaoanfei Tablets. Methods HPLC method was carried on Diamonsil C18 column （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm） with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitri/e-0.025 mol/L phosphate （5 ： 95）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results The linear range of Ephedrine hydrochloride was 1.950-5.850μg （r=0.999 9） and the tailing factor was 1.03. The average recovery was 99.08% and RSD was 3.01%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Chongcaoanfei tablets.
