摘　　要：目的对市售香附饮片中α-香附酮进行含量测定。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(70:30),柱温:30℃,检测波长:250nm。结果α-香附酮在0.0042～0.0336mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998。10个地区12批市售香附饮片中α-香附酮含量一般在0.06168%～0.1038%,只有上海购买的炮制品含量较低,为0.03826%。结论本研究为建立香附饮片快速、准确的质控方法,进一步完善其质量标准奠定了基础。Objective To deterlnin the contents of a-eyperone in prepared medicinal herb of Cyperi Rhizoma from different areas. Methods A kxomasil C18 column （150 min×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used with methanol-water （70 ： 30） as the mobile phase and UV detection at 250 nm. The temperature of column was 30 ℃. Results The liner range of α-cyperone was 0.004 2-0.033 6 mg/mL （r =0.999 8）. The content of α-cyperone was ranged from 0.061 68%-0.103 8% in most processing Cyperi Rhizoma and it is the lowerest from Shanghai which was 0.038 26%. Conclusion The research supplies a scientific basis for the quality control of prepared medicinal herb of Cyperi Rhizoma.
