“治未病”与肿瘤综合治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:动态观察肿瘤综合治疗与"治未病"的思想义理,分析肿瘤防治与"治未病"的关系。方法:对2001年1月至2010年1月2 618例肿瘤患者的随访观察,从"治未病"的视角,探讨切实可行的有效综合治疗方法。结果:转移和复发大多发生在根治后3年之内,约占80%,少部分发生在根治后5年之内,约占10%,确定了未病先防,既病防变,病后止遗在肿瘤治疗中的价值。结论:"未病"不仅是指机体尚未发生疾病时的状态,而且包括疾病在进程中可能出现的趋向和未来期间可能表现出来的动态变化。因此,综合治疗与"治未病",已成为肿瘤治疗的必要理论体系。Objective： By dynamic observing the ideological philosophy of the comprehensive treatment and Chinese traditional preventive treatment for cancers,to analyze the relationship between preventive and combined treatment.Methods： 2618 cases were collected in our department from 2001 to 2010,and each case of patient was conducted a follow-up observation,focus on the effects of preventive treatment of disease,to explore practical and effective integrated treatment.Results： The ratio of metastasis and recurrence occurring in the three years after radical cure is 80%,and the part of metastasis and recurrence occurring within five years years account for about 10%.Thus,a dominant or favorable position or situation of prevention before prognosis was identified in tumor therapy.Conclusion： On the basis of the latest research results at home and abroad,the preventive treatments of disease not only include the status of the body when it was normal,but also include the process,trends and dynamic changes of the disease,therefore,comprehensive therapy and preventive treatment have become a necessary theoretical system in tumor therapy.
