参麦注射液对慢性阻塞性肺病急性发作患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参麦注射液配合常规疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)急性发作的疗效及其对免疫功能的影响。方法将80例COPD急性发作期患者随机分为常规疗法组(对照组)和联用参麦治疗组(治疗组),治疗组在常规疗法的基础上联用参麦注射液治疗。观察两组免疫功能的变化。结果治疗组治疗后CD3、CD4、IgAI、gG较对照组升高明显(P<0.01)。结论在常规疗法的基础上联用参麦注射液治疗COPD急性发作能改善免疫功能。Objective To observe the curative effects of treatment with injections of Shenmai combined routine methods in acute COPD. Methods 80 patients with acute COPD were randomly divided into two groups. In the com- bined group, we added injections of Shenmai under control group treatment. The effects of the change of CD3, CD4, CDS, IgG, IgM and IgA in peripheral blood were observed. Results The levels of CD3, CD4, IgG and IgA significantly increased in combined group compared with that of control group. Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment combined with injections of Shenmai can improve the curative effect in acute COPD.
