摘  要:目的改进综合ICU护患沟通流程,提高患者及家属满意度。方法选取入住综合ICU患者120例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组60例。对照组采用常规的护患沟通方法,干预组采用优化的护患沟通流程。在患者入住科室治疗3天后,分别对两组病人及其家属进行满意度调查。结果干预组护患沟通满意度明显高于对照组。结论使用优化后的护患沟通流程,能有效克服常规护患沟通过程中存在的缺陷和不足,有效提高患者及家属满意度,避免不必要的护患纠纷。Objective To improve the comprehensive ICU nurse-patient communication processes and patient and family satisfaction. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into control and intervention group. The nurse-patient communication of control group were the conventional method. The nurse-patient communication of intervention group were the optimized process. Their family satisfaction was surveyed. Results The satisfaction of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion It is useful to communicate with patients with optimized nurse patient communication process.
