胰高血糖素样多肽-1对超重2型糖尿病患者的临床意义

摘　　要：【目的】探讨不同体质指数2型糖尿病患者血浆胰高血糖素样多肽-1(Glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1)水平变化。【方法】选取2型糖尿病患者87例,其中正常体质指数组47例,超重组40例,选取正常体检者30例作为对照组,所有入选者检测空腹血糖、胰岛素及GLP-1,进食100 g馒头餐后测定餐后30 min、120 min血糖、胰岛素、GLP-1水平。【结果】(1)2型糖尿病患者餐后30 min及120 min GLP-1曲线下面积低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。(2)2型糖尿病患者超重组餐后30 min、餐后120 minGLP-1、GLP-1曲线下面积低于正常体质组(P<0.01)。【结论】超重2型糖尿病患者比正常体质指数2型糖尿病患者GLP-1分泌减少。【Objective】 To study the clinical significant of plasma Glucagon-like peptide-1（GLP-1）by observing the levels of GLP-1 in type 2 diabetic patients with overweight.【Methods】 87 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were individed into two groups including 47 normal weight and 40 overweight.30 normal subjects were taken as control.Fasting plasma glucose,insulin and GLP-1were measured in all the subjects.All subjects were given an oral 100 g of steamed bread meal test.The serum glucose,insulin and plasma GLP-1 levels were measured at 30 and 120 minute after the meal.【Results】（1） Type 2 diabetic group had lower level of plasma GLP-1 at 30 minute after the meal and total areas under curves of GLP-1 as compared with control group（P0.05）;（2） Type 2 diabetic patients with overweight had lower level of plasma GLP-1 at 30 and 120 minute after the meal and total areas under curves of GLP-1 as compared with normal weight（P0.01）.【Conclusion】 The level of GLP-1 in type 2 diabetic patients with overweight is decreased.
