摘　　要：目的:了解家长报告儿童药品不良反应(ADR)的影响因素,找出解决问题的方法,为切实做好儿童ADR监测工作提供科学依据。方法:2008年3-6月,采用发放调查问卷的方式,就与儿童ADR监测相关的问题,对上海市儿童主要就诊医院的患儿家长进行调查分析。结果:共发放问卷600份,回收有效问卷552份。家长ADR理论知识理解正确率、对儿童发生ADR的判断行为、接受ADR宣教情况及学历是影响家长报告ADR的主要因素;大多数家长对平喘药物、抗菌药物、抗过敏药物及抗癫痫药物发生的ADR比较重视。结论:家长参与ADR报告是可行的,但其ADR知识比较欠缺,故应加强对家长ADR知识的培训和宣传的力度。提高家长对ADR的认识是改进儿童ADR监测工作的前提。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the influencing factors of parents reporting children adverse drug reactions（ADR）, and to find out solution so as to provide scientific evidence for the implementation of children ADR monitoring.METHODS：From Mar.to Jun.2008,the questionnaires were distributed to parents in shanghai pediatric hospitals to survey and analyze their attitude on children ADR monitoring.RESULTS：A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed,and 552 valid questionnaires were collected.It was the main factor which influenced parents＇reporting children ADR that how much parents knew about ADR knowledge, whether or not children ADR occurred,whether or not they were trained about ADR,parents＇educational background.Many parents paid a high attention to children ADR caused by antiasthmatic,antibacterials,antiallergic drug or antiepileptic.CONCLUSIONS：It is feasible that parents report children ADR,but their lack of knowledge on ADR.It is the premise that we must strengthen parents＇training on children ADR to enhance their recognition about ADR.
