摘　　要：在远程医疗系统中,病人通过视频与医生进行实时交流是一项非常重要的功能。为实现远程医疗的视频通信功能,结合当前的通信技术和计算机多媒体技术,在Visual C++开发环境下,利用DirectShow多媒体开发工具,采用RTP(Real-Time Protocol,时实传输协议)通信协议,开发了一个局域网内点对点的视频通信系统。该系统实现了视频数据的实时采集、远程传输、接收和回放功能,可以满足远程医疗的视频通信需求。Patient communicate with doctor by real-time video communication is a very important function in telemedicine system.In order to achieve video communication capabilities of telemedicine,Reference current communications technology and computer multimedia technology,Using Visual C＋＋,DirectShow multimedia development tools and RTP protocol,Developed a LAN P2P video communication system.The system realized functions including video data collection,transmission,reception and playback.It meets the demand for telemedicine video communication.
