摘  要:采用26只不同结构的分散染料对模拟的涤锦交织物进行染色,比较了涤纶、锦纶两组分的K/S值、L*、C*、H、ΔE等数据。结果表明,大部分分散染料在涤纶上的表观色深要高于锦纶;部分偶氮苯类和偶氮杂环类分散染料在涤锦两组分的总色差较小,较适合涤锦交织物同色染色,其次是杂环类分散染料;蒽醌类分散染料在锦纶上的表观色深较小,对涤锦交织物的染色同色性最差。羟基对偶氮苯类分散染料在涤锦交织物上的分配影响明显。蒽醌类和杂环类分散染料在涤锦交织物上的色光一致性较差。Polyester/polyamide mixture is dyed with 26 disperse dyes with different structures, and the K/S values, L*, C*, H and AE of the two components are compared. The results show that the K/S values of polyester component are higher than those of polyamide for most disperse dyes. Some azo and azo heterocyclic disperse dyes are suitable for union dyeing of polyester/polyamide mixture because they possess a lower AE, and followed by heterocyclic disperse dyes. Anthraquinone disperse dyes contribute a lower color yield to polyamide component and have the worst union color effect in polyester/polyamide dyeing. Hydrophilic hydroxyl group in azo disperse dyes have great influence on the distribution of disperse dyes of polyester and polyamide components. Anthraquinone and heterocyclic disperse dyes feature poor unity of hue in polyester/polyamide dyeing.
