摘　　要：介绍了拉幅定形机的在线检测系统,包括织物纬密或线圈检测,织物纬斜检测与控制,定形时间和温度控制,织物含湿率检测,废气湿度控制,以及热回收和废气净化系统。通过在线检测和相应的工艺参数控制,在保证织物品质的前提下,可实现拉幅定形机的节能减排。On-line detecting system of stenter machine is introduced, such as measurement of the density of pick or knitted courses, weft straightening system, controlling system of heat setting temperature and time, controlling system of moisture content of fabric, controlling system of the moisture of exhaust air, and heat recovery system and exhaust air cleaning system. With on-line detecting and relevant parameters control, textile quality is guaranteed, and energy consumption and burden on environment are reduced.
