摘　　要：本文综述了兽药分子人工抗原合成中半抗原的设计原则、半抗原合成、载体选择、人工抗原合成方法、鉴定、纯化和影响因素等方面研究进展。This article summarized the progress of the synthesis of veterinary drug artificial antigen, including the design principle and synthesis of hapten, carrier choice, methods for the synthesis of artificlal antigen, purlfleatlon and identification of artificial antigens as well as influencing factors.
