摘  要:设计并研制了耐高温、高压、防腐蚀、抗氧化和具有温度补偿功能的双光纤光栅(FBG)传感器。采用高温恒弹合金作为FBG的基底材料和耐高温、高强度的粘接胶,将压力传感FBG和温度传感FBG与基底材料封装为一体,组成温度和压力双FBG传感器。实验室标定表明,压力检测范围为0~20 MPa,温度检测范围为0~315℃;压力响应灵敏度为0.01 nm/MPa,光栅反射波长的最大调谐量为0.18 nm;温度响应灵敏度为0.02nm/℃,光栅反射波长的最大调谐量为6.60 nm。当光源带宽为40 nm时,可实现井下温度和压力的分布式传感。传感器多次用于某油田井下在线检测,结果表明,可满足高温高压油气井下服役的基本要求。A fiber Bragg grating sensor which consisted of two FBGs for high temperature and high pressure wells was designed and fabricated.In the sensor,the highly elasitic alloy was chosen as the substrate,and the sensor was packaged on the substrate with the high temperature-corroding-resistance materials.The experimental calibrations show that the sensing ranges of pressure and temperature are 0-20 MPa and 0-315 ℃,respectively;the pressure sensitivity is 0.01 nm/MPa and the maximum tunable wavelength range is 0.18 nm;the temperature sensitivity is 0.02 nm/℃ and the maximum tunable wavelength range is 6.60 nm.When the bandwidth of light source is 40 nm,the sensor can achieve distributed sensing of temperature and pressure in the wells.An on-line detection for some oil field shows that the sensor can meet the need of the high temperature-pressure oil-gas wells.
