摘 要:针对传统零差激光测振光路调试困难,提出一种简单的零差测振光学系统。采用二象限(或四象限)探测器作为该系统的探测器,由于两个象元处于干涉条纹的不同部分,探测器输出两路非正交多普勒信号,利用最小二乘法把两路非正交多普勒信号校正成正交信号,利用微分相除积分操作处理正交信号,最终解调出振动信号。实验表明:该振动测量系统调试简单,具有良好的线性特性;利用本文信号处理方法完全可以把振动信号从多普勒信号中解调出来,测得的扬声器800 Hz振动信号与驱动信号吻合。The orthogonal Michelson interferometer is used for homodyne laser vibration measurement system traditionally.However,it is difficult to remove error.A simple optical system was presentedin this paper.A quadrant detector(two pixels were used) was adopted.Since the two pixels of detector were in different parts of the interference fringe,the detector output two nonorthogonal Doppler signals.The signal processing method was researched:nonorthogonal Doppler signals were corrected into orthogonal signals firstly by least-squares method,and then the vibration signal was obtained from quadrature signals by differential-division-integral operation.It is proved by the experiment that the system has good linearity the vibration signal can be demodulated from Doppler signals completely,and the measured 800 Hz vibration signal of speaker agrees with driving signal very well.
