摘　　要：目的探讨建筑工地青少年艾滋病知识的心理社会能力现状及两者的关系,并分析其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取建筑工地,通过面对面问卷调查建筑工地青少年有关预防艾滋病的知识和心理社会能力。结果建筑工地青少年艾滋病基本知识知晓率为72.7%,心理社会能力低于正常水平的比例为14.8%,心理社会能力与文化程度和艾滋病知识知晓情况有关。结论建筑工地青少年对艾滋病知识的掌握还不全面,心理社会能力处于较低水平。应通过多种途径帮助建筑工地青少年提高艾滋病知识知晓水平和心理社会能力。[Objective]To investigate the AIDS knowledge levels and psychosocial competence of adolescents at construction site and the relationship between them,and analyze the influencing factors.[Methods]Cluster sampling method was adopted to select construction sites.Face to face questionnaire was used to investigate the AIDS knowledge levels and psychosocial competence of adolescents at construction site.[Results]The awareness rate of AIDS basic knowledge among adolescents at construction site was 72.7%,14.8% adolescents＇ psychosocial competence was lower than normal level.Psychosocial competence were correlated with educational level and AIDS knowledge levels[Conclusion]The AIDS knowledge of adolescents at construction site adolescents is limited,psychosocial competence of them is at lower level.Several approaches should be taken to help them to improve awareness of AIDS knowledge and psychosocial competence.
