摘　　要：目的研究离子色谱法分析加碘食盐中的碘含量。方法用抗坏血酸将加碘盐中的碘酸根还原成碘离子,IonPac AS19柱分离和电化学检测器测定,外标法定量。结果线性范围为5～100 mg/kg,相关系数0.999 9,检出限为0.9 mg/kg。结论该方法简便、快速,适合加碘食盐中碘含量的测定。[Objective]To study the determination of iodine in iodized salt by ion chromatographic（IC）.[Methods]Iodate was reduced into I-by ascorbic acid,The separation was carried out on IonPac AS 19 column.External standard method was used.[Results]The linear range was 5～100 mg/kg;correlation coefficient r=0.999 9;the detection limit was 0.9 mg/kg.[Conclusion]This method is simple,rapid,and suitable for the determination of iodine in iodized salt.
