北京市密云县2005—2009年性传播疾病流行形势

摘　　要：目的分析北京市密云县2005—2009年性传播疾病(STD)的流行特征,为制定有效的预防控制策略提供科学依据。方法分析密云县2005—2009年性传播疾病(STD)的流行特征,为制定有效的预防控制策略提供科学依据。结果 5年累计报告STD 931例,其中男性522例(56.07%),女性409例(43.93%);男女比例为1.28:1。年龄主要集中在20～40岁年龄组(62.41%);职业主要为农民(36.84%)、家务及待业(18.69%)及其他(10.31%)。年平均发病率为39.02/10万,各种STD发病率依次为:尖锐湿疣(17.77/10万)、淋病(8.80/10万))、梅毒(7.33/10万))、非淋菌性尿道炎(非淋)(3.86/10万))、艾滋病病毒(H IV)感染者(0.80/10万)、生殖器疱疹(0.46/10万)。结论 2005—2009年,密云县性病平均报告发病率虽然呈逐年下降趋势,尤以非淋菌性尿道炎、淋病下降趋势明显,但H IV感染者、梅毒报告发病率升高明显。建议根据STD发病趋势制定密云县性病防治措施,合理分配资源,积极开展健康教育工作。[Objective]To analyze the epidemic characteristics of Sexually Transmitted Disease（STD） in Mingyun County of Beijing City during 2005-2009,and provide scientific evidence for developing effective control measures.[Methods]The data concerning STD records（from 2005 to 2009） provided by all medical organization in Miyun County were collected and analyzed.[Results]A total of 931 STD cases were reported within 5 years,including 522 males（56.07%） and 409 females（43.93%）;the ratio of male to female was 1.28∶1.Patients＇ ages were mainly between 20～40（62.41%）,most of whom were peasants（36.84%）,domestic workers or unemployed（18.69%）,and others（10.31%）.The annual average incidence rate was 39.02/ 100 000;the morbidity from high to low in sequence was condyloma（17.77/ 100 000）,gonorrhea（8.80 /100 000）,syphilis（7.33/100 000）,nongonococcal urethritis（NGU）（3.86/100 000）,HIV carrier（0.80/100 000）,genital herpes（0.46/100 000）.[Conclusion]The reported incident rate of STD decreased annually from 2005 to 2009,especially for nongonococcal urethritis and gonorrhea,but that of HIV carrier and the syphilis has increased obviously.According to the incidence tendency of STD,it is suggested to develop preventive measures,to rationally allocate resources and actively promote health education.
