补肾纳气活血冲剂对缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肾纳气活血冲剂对缓解期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者免疫功能的影响。方法将80例缓解期COPD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各40例),均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上服用补肾纳气活血冲剂,疗程1个月。观察两组血清免疫球蛋白及T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果治疗组IgA、IgG含量较治疗前增加(P<0.05),对照组IgM、IgG含量较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组IgA、IgM、IgG含量治疗前后差值与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论补肾纳气活血冲剂能改善COPD患者的免疫功能,提高机体免疫力。Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Bushen Naqi Huoxue Granule＂ on immunological function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission phase.Methods Eighty subjects were randomized two groups： control group in which 40 cases were treated by routine western medicine and treatment group in which 40 cases were treated by routine western medicine and ＂Bushen Naqi Huoxue Granule＂,with a course of one month.The immune globulin and T subsets were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the contents of IgG and IgA were increased in the treatment group（P0.05）,while the contents of IgM and IgG were decreased in the control group（P0.05）;the difference between pretreatment and posttreatment was of striking difference between the treatment and control groups（P0.01）.Conclusion ＂Bushen Naqi Huoxue Granule＂ can boost COPD patients＇ immunity.
