润肠理气方治疗气阴两虚型结肠慢传输型便秘42例

摘　　要：目的观察润肠理气方治疗气阴两虚型结肠慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法将78例病例随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(36例),治疗组予润肠理气方口服,对照组予麻仁丸口服;两组均治疗30天,随访15天,观察临床疗效及主要症状体征积分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为85.7%,随访总有效率为73.8%,对照组分别为67.7%和38.9%;组间治疗后和随访临床疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后便次、便质、排便费力不适感、排便时间、腹胀、便意感积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后便次、便质积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,排便费力感、排便时间、腹胀、便意感积分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论润肠理气方可有效用于治疗气阴两虚型结肠慢传输型便秘。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of ＂Runchang Liqi Decoction＂ in the treatment of slow transit constipation of qi and yin deficiency.MethodsSeventy-eight subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 42 cases were treated by ＂Runchang Liqi Decoction＂ and control group in which 36 cases were treated by ＂Maren Pill＂;both groups were treated for 30 days and surveyed for 15 days.The clinical efficacy and cardinal symptoms scores were evaluated.Results The total effective rate after treatment and during 15-day survey were 85.7% and 73.8% in the treatment group,and they were respectively 67.7% and 38.9% in the control group,with striking differences between the two gorups（P0.05）.There were evident differences in the scores of such cardinal symptoms as defecation frequency,stool form,defecation time and abdominal distention between before and after treatment in the treatment group（P0.05）,and in defecation frequency and stool form in the control group（P0.05）,with significant differences in the defecation degrees and time and abdominal distention between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Runchang Liqi Decoction＂ is quite effective for slow transit constipation of qi and yin deficiency.
