特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血清TPO水平变化及生血灵的干预作用

摘　　要：目的探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者血清TPO水平变化及中药复方生血灵的干预作用。方法检测34例ITP患者血清TPO水平,并以20例健康体检者为对照;对ITP患者予生血灵治疗,观察治疗前后血清TPO水平、外周血小板、骨髓巨核细胞的变化情况。结果患者组血清TPO水平与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者组治疗后,血清TPO水平、PLT、骨髓巨核细胞计数均明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血清TPO水平无异常变化;生血灵复方具有促进特异性造血调控因子TPO分泌,促进巨核细胞增殖、分化和血小板产生的作用。Objective To observe the level of serum thrombopoietin（TPO） in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP） and investigate its influence by ＂Sheng Xue Ling＂. Methods The level of serum TPO was detected in 34 ITP patients（observation group） and 20 healthy people（control group）.The 34 cases were treated by ＂Sheng Xue Ling＂.The level of serum TPO,peripheral platelet and marrow megakaryocyte were assayed before and after treatment. Results There was no difference in the level of serum TPO between the observation and control groups（P0.05）.After treatment,the level of serum TPO,peripheral platelet and marrow megakaryocyte were obviously increased in the observation group（P0.05,P0.01）. Conclusion TPO changes little in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP）;＂Sheng Xue Ling＂ can regulate the secretion of TPO,promote the proliferation and differentiation of megakaryocyte and produce platelet.
