摘　　要：目的:研究自制与市售阿卡波糖片在不同释放介质中的溶出度曲线,分析体外的释放行为。方法:用HPLC测定制剂的释放度,并对其进行相似因子(f_2)比较和释放模型拟合。结果:以拜糖苹、卡博平为参比制剂,自制片在四种溶出条件下,f_2值均大于50;释放模型显示药物的溶出机制随着介质的种类不同而不同。结论:自制阿卡波糖片与市售片剂的体外溶出行为相似。Objective： To study in vitro dissolution profile of three acarbose preparations in different media and analyze their dissolution behavior. Method： The dissolution of acarbese tablets was determined by HPLC, drug release mathematical models were introduced and similarity factor （f2 value） was compared. Result： Glucobay and kaboping were used as reference preparations,f2 value of self-prepared tablets was all more than 50 in four different dissolution conditions. The mathematical models showed that the release mechamism was different in various mediums. Conclusion： The dissolution behavior of self-prepared and two commercial acarbose tablets was similar in vitro.
