摘　　要：用硫酸与尿素反应的生成物作为氯化铵造粒的新型粘结剂。通过测定不同硫酸与尿素配比、不同浓度硫酸、不同反应温度制得的新型粘结剂的黏度,初步确定了制备新型粘结剂的工艺技术参数。在实验室条件下,用新型粘结剂对氯化铵造粒,能够得到质量达标的颗粒氯化铵产品。The process control parameters for the production of a new kind of adhesion agent were initially confirmed by the experiments under different sulfuric acid to urea ratio, reaction temperature and sulfuric acid concentration. This adhesive made from sulfuric acid reacting with urea is for granulation of ammonium chloride . Under experimental condition the quality of product is satisfied.
