摘　　要：完整的程控电话交换网除了以传递语音信息为主的业务网外,还需要若干个用以保障业务正常运行、增强网络功能、提高网络质量的支撑网络。时钟同步网在程控电话交换网中用来实现交换机出入中继之间信号速率的同步。通过对程控电话交换网中,因时钟精度下降所引起的故障进行分析,以典型实例阐述时钟同步网在电话交换系统中的重要作用。Apart from the service network that transmits voice messages,several supporting network are also needed by SPC exchange network to enhance the network function and improve the network quality.Clock synchronization network is designed to synchronize the signal rate between SPC and relay.By analyzing the fault caused by the decrease of time accuracy in SPC exchange network,the importance of clock synchronization network in SPC exchange network is analysed by typical examples in the paper.
