摘 要:目的探讨双源CT头颈部联合动脉成像时调整螺距及阈值,改变触发点,对颅内血管显影的影响。方法 100例临床怀疑头颈部血管病变的患者,分为A、B两组行头颈部动脉螺旋CT血管造影(Computed Tomography Angiography,CTA)扫描。A组采用螺距0.9,触发点设在主动脉弓升部,阈值为50 HU;B组采用螺距0.7,触发点设在颈动脉主干,阈值为100HU,比较两组的动脉成像质量和颅内静脉显示情况。所得原始数据均行多平面重组(MPR)、最大密度投影(M IP)、容积再现(VRT)重组,将图像质量分为4级。结果 A组显示双侧颈动脉、椎动脉和颅内动脉与B组图像差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而显示颅内静脉两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组对防止颅内静脉的过度显影优于B组。结论双源CT头颈部联合扫描CTA选择合适的参数对获得较好的图像和降低颅内静脉显影是非常重要的。Objective To study the optimal scanning parameters in dual resource CT angiography (CTA) in intracranial and cervical arteries. Methods One hundred patients suspected intracranial and cervical arteries disease were randomly divided into two groups to receive CTA scan, including group A with pitch 0. 9 and trigger point on descending aorta near aorta arch and group B with pitch O. 7 and trigger point on common carotid artery. Image quality between the two groups was compared. Reconstruction techniqhes including muhiplanar reconstruction (MPR) ,volume rendering ( VR) and maximum intensity projection (MIP) were used and image quality was evaluated. Results Group A was significantly superior to group B in the detection of intracranial vein ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were no significant differences between the two groups in the detection of bilateral carotid artery, vertebral artery and intraeranial artery ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Selection of optimal scanning parameters plays an important role in dual resource CTA in intracranial and cervical arteries.
