TDP照射协同硫酸镁湿敷治疗2型糖尿病合并痛风性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨TDP照射协同硫酸镁湿敷对2型糖尿病合并痛风性关节炎的治疗效果。方法采用随机数字表法将63例2型糖尿病合并痛风性关节炎患者分为两组,对照组仅给予规律药物治疗和饮食控制,治疗组在此基础上每日关节红肿处行3次硫酸镁湿热敷和TDP灯照射。结果治疗组在缩短疼痛持续时间、住院时间、控制血糖等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论硫酸镁湿热敷和TDP灯照射是2型糖尿病合并痛风性关节炎患者的重要治疗手段,能有效缓解疼痛,控制血糖水平,缩短住院时间。Objective To investigate the efficacy of TDP irradiation plus Magnesium Sulfate wet compress for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and urarthritis. Methods Sixty-three patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and urarthritis were divided into two groups, the observation group （32 cases） and the control group （31 cases）. The control group was treated by drug therapy and diet control. The observation group was treated by partial irradiation of TDP light three times a day （15 minutes/time ） and hot-wet compression with Magnesium Sulfate in addition to drug therapy and diet control. Results The observation group was significantly superior to the control group in the control of durante dolors, hospital stay and blood glucose level. （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapy of TDP irradiation plus Magnesium Sulfate wet compress is easier for patients to relieve pain, control blood glucose level and shorten hospital stay.
