安尔碘宫颈栓在宫颈炎治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨安尔碘宫颈栓在宫颈炎治疗中的价值及最佳使用方法。方法选择150例临床诊断为宫颈炎的患者随机分为5组(每组30例),对照组:单纯口服罗红霉素;研究组1:安尔碘擦拭宫颈管;研究组2:安尔碘擦拭宫颈管联合罗红霉素;研究组3:安尔碘宫颈栓放置宫颈管;研究组4:安尔碘宫颈栓放置宫颈管联合罗红霉素,对其治疗效果进行统计研究。结果研究组的有效率均优于对照组(P均<0.05),差异有显著意义,研究组3与研究组4的有效率均明显高于其他3组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,研究组1与研究组2之间及研究组3与研究组4之间的有效率差异均无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论安尔碘宫颈栓在宫颈炎治疗中,效果确切,方法简单,值得在临床推广应用。本地区罗红霉素治疗宫颈炎可能存在耐药现象,该引起重视。Objectives To investigate the value of Anerdian cervical suppository for treating cervicitis and find the best usage method.Methods 150 patients with clinical diagnosis of cervicitis were randomly divided into five groups（n=30）,Control group： simple oral roxithromycin;Study Group 1： anerdian wipe the cervix;Study Group 2：anerdian wipe the cervix joint roxithromycin,Study Group 3： Anerdian cervical suppository placed cervix;Study Group 4：anerdian cervical suppository placed cervix joint roxithromycin,Statistical studies of its therapeutic effects was applied.Result The Effective rate of the study group all higher than the control group（P0.05）,while the effective rate of the study group 3 and 4 were all significantly higher than the other 3 groups（P0.05）,the difference were significant,yet between Study Group 1 and study group 2,and between study groups 3 and study group4 had no difference significantly in the statistics（P0.05）.Conclusion Anerdian cervical suppository has high efficiency and simple way in treating cervicitis,worths wildly used in clinical therapy,and roxithromycinum has resistance in the treatment of cervicitis,should be paid high attention.
