摘 要:为了提高风机基础设计的安全性和经济性,结合其基础结构承受大弯矩荷载的情况,通过分析金属环和结构截面尺寸对基础受力、损伤的影响,研究了风机重力式基础以及桩基的上部承台细部钢混结构布置,指出了风机钢混组合基础的损伤主要发生在金属环附近混凝土和受压侧基底混凝土,并提出了金属环埋置深度、基础上阶高度和金属环外围混凝土厚度等合理的细部尺寸,以保证结构受力的合理性。这对风机基础结构设计有较强的工程指导意义。In order to enhance the safety and economy of the design of the foundation for wind turbine, the gravity foundation for wind turbine and the arrangement of the detailed steel-concrete composite structure for the bearing platform of its pier foundation are studied based on the condition of its foundation structure under the loading with large bending moment through analysis on the effects from the dimensions of the metal ring and the structure sections on the load-bearing and damage of the foundation; from which it is pointed out that the damages of steel-concrete composite foundation mainly occur at the concrete near the metal ring and the concrete of the foundation bottom at the loading side, furthermore, the reasonable detailed dimensions of the embedded depth of the metal ring, the upper step height of the foundation, the thickness of the metal ring outside concrete, etc. are put forward as well, so as to ensure rationality of the structure load-bearing. This has a higher engineering guiding significance for the design of the foundation structure for wind turbine.
