摘 要:当内啮合转子式机油泵内外转子采用标准件情况下,其油腔的结构将极大地影响着泵的性能。给出某转子泵油腔的设计过程:首先计算出泵体(盖)上呈对称月牙状的理论进、出油槽的位置,然后为提高泵的容积效率及降低轴功率,运用CAE技术分析并改进泵油腔设计,即运用泵类专用仿真软件PumpLinx对泵内部流场进行计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟分析;应用ABAQUS等分析软件对泵壳体的变形和密封性进行有限元强度分析,最后进行泵样机台架设计试验验证。比较发现:CFD仿真模拟得到的虚拟泵各项参数与泵样机台架试验的相关结果基本吻合;泵壳体的有限元强度分析符合其台架极限试验结果。由此可见,CAE技术为机油泵开发提供了现代化的研究方法和技术支持。Rotor pump oil chamber has great influence on the pump's performances while its inner and outer gears are a set of standard parts .This paper presents the modern design of the rotor pump oil chamber: Firstly to calculate the theoretical seal line of the oil chamber.Secondly in order to promoting the pump's efficiency and decreasing its power by using Computational Fluid Dynamical (CFD) pump simulation software PumpLinx numerically to simulate and analyze the pump's internal flow,using finite element analysis software ABAQUS to analyze the pump oil chamber leakage and its shell deforming in order to improve the design of the pump.Finally the oil pump is tested on test bench.The performance curves of the pump from CFD numerical simulation were good coincidence with ones from its test experiment.And the strength analysis results from ABAQUS were fitted with the test data.Therefore with CAE technology the new modern research and design are provided for developing oil pump.
