摘　　要：主要分析了国内新能源汽车专利的分布情况,包括纯电动汽车、混合动力汽车和燃料电池汽车专利数量分布、各国新能源汽车专利数量分布、国外汽车企业的新能源汽车专利数量分布。The paper mainly analyzes the number distribution of new energy vehicles patent in SIPO （State Intellectual Property Office）.It includes the number distribution of battery electric vehicles patent,hybrid electric vehicles patent and fuel cell electric vehicles patent,the number distribution of new energy vehicles patent in overseas auto makers,and the number distribution of new energy vehicles patent in domestic automakers.
