摘　　要：通过比较1992年以来我国GDP与GNP的差距,反映我国扩大对外开放以来,从大量吸引外资,到对外投资能力不断提高的变化趋势;并且与周边国家进行横向比较,探索我国进一步发展对外投资的主要路径。This paper compares gap between China＇s GDP and the GNP since 1992,reflecting the opening up of China has been expanding,from a large number of attracting foreign investment to the foreign investment trend of increasing capacity.And horizontal comparison with neighboring countries to explore the further development of foreign investment in China＇s main path.
