摘　　要：四川省卫生部门在各级党委政府的领导下，认真贯彻《九十年代中国儿童发展规划纲要》和《中国妇女发展实施规划》，采取分解指标，健全组织机构，完善目标管理，及时调整对策措施，推进卫生法制政策建设，依法做好妇女儿童保健基础服务，加强了宣传培训工作以及少数民族和贫困地区的妇幼卫生工作，提高了全省妇女儿童的健康水平。Under the leadership of the party organizations and governments at different levels, the health departments in Sichuan province carry out conscientiously 'Chinese Children Developing Program Outline' and 'Chinese Women Developing Implement Program'. The organizations and the aim management are perfected. The indexes are resolved. The countermeasure and measure are adjusted in time. The construction of health legal system is put on and MCH basic service is provided according to law in Sichuan. At the same time, the propaganda and training work and MCH work are strengthened in poor and minority nationality regions of Sichuan. Such the health level of woman and children is remarkably raised in Sichuan province.
