摘  要:以道地产区3个不同居群云黄连为研究材料,对不同单株不同部位(根茎、须根、叶)生物量及主要生物碱(小檗碱、药根碱、巴马汀)含量进行比较分析.结果表明:3个不同居群单株生物量及生物碱含量均存在较大个体差异,其中,单株根茎最稳定,叶次之,须根个体差异最大;作为非传统用药部位的叶和须根中的主要生物碱总量约占整株中将近1/3,可加以利用;单株生物量与单株主要生物碱总量呈显著正相关.Samples were taken from the three different populations of Coptis teeta in Genuine Producing Areas.Comparison and analysis of the individual biomass(rhizome,fibrous root,leaf) and the individual key alkaloid contents(berberine,jateorhizine,palmatine) were performed.The results suggested that there were individual differences of biomass and alkaloid contents in the samples from three different populations,the most stable of biomass and alkaloid contents was detected in rhizome,the stable of biomass and alkaloid contents was found in leaf and the large difference of biomass and alkaloid contents was detected in fibrous root.The key alkaloid contents in leaf and fibrous root,which were unconventional medicinal parts,were one third in whole plant,and alkaloid in leaf and fibrous root can be used.The biomass and alkaloids in individual plant presents significantly positive correlation.
