摘 要:目的 对高碘 4、6、12 个月时期的小鼠甲状腺形态学、甲状腺激素及抗氧化能力进行动态观察研究。方法 采用生化方法测定血、脑组织、甲状腺组织中 S O D、 C A T、 G S H Px、 L P O 及血清 T3、 T4。结果 高碘甲肿显示为弥漫胶质性甲状腺肿,在甲肿形成过程中血清 T4 一直处于较高水平。此外,抗氧化能力测定结果显示 4 个月时虽已出现甲肿且血中抗氧化酶活性降低, L P O 升高,但脑和甲状腺组织的抗氧化能力呈代偿过程,6 个月后 S O D、 G S H Px 活性均降低,同时 L P O 含升高。呈现失代偿。结论 提示自由基损伤作用加重了高碘对机体特别是甲状腺的直接损害。Objective To study the morphology of thyroid,hormone level in serum and antioxidizing ability of the mice which fed with iodine excess food in three different peroid of four,six and twelve month.Methods Biochemical method was used to determine not only the SOD.CAT.GSH Px.LPO level in blood brain tissue and thyroid tissue but also T 3,T 4 level in serum.Results Iodine excess goiter formed wide apread glutinous goiter,and T 4 in serum was still in high level in the forming course.Moreover the activity of antioxidizing enzyme reduced and LPO rose four months later,but antioxidizing ability in brain and thyroid however showed within compensation.With LPO rising constantly,the activity of SOD and GSH Px decreased considerably and the compensation was broken six months later.Conclusions The damage of body espicially the thyroid caused by iodine excess was aggravated by radical injury.
