摘　　要：《礼记·缁衣》：“君子道人以言而禁人以行，故言必虑其所终，而行必稽其所敝，则民谨于言而慎于行。” 谨言慎行，这句战国时期儒家学者的名言，在如今风云变幻的资本市场上，运用的可谓甚少。Speak and act cautiously is a famous old saying in the warring states period,which is rarely used in current capricious capital market.Reviewing the private equity market of year 2010,up to the end of November there were 108 companies have completed fundraising,raising nearly $20 billion.In the meantime,the record of single RMB fundraising size was broke again and again.Shanghai financial development investment fund’s series A round of financing has reached CNY11 billion,which broke the record of Mianyang Industrial fund’s CNY9 billion in five months early.Along with RMB fund’s surgent growth,USD fund recovers gradually.
