摘　　要：为促进矿山安全行业科技项目质量管理模式创新,有效提高其科研项目质量管理水平,提出了一种项目质量跟踪和管理新方法以及产品开发和评价流程。该方法是一种基于全成本考虑、全过程控制和绩效评价的模式,可有效减少项目成本开销,实现项目全过程质量控制和绩效评价。实践结果表明该方法行之有效,为广大从事项目质量管理工作者提供了重要的理论和实际参考价值。To promote the innovation of the quality management model of scientific and technological projects in mine safety, and effectively improve the level of quality management, an new method to control project quality as well as a procedure to develop and evaluate prototype products are both proposed. The method is a model based on considering the full eost, the whole process and the performance evaluation, which effectively reduces the overhead cost of projects, and achieves the quality control in whole process as well as performance evaluation. Practice results show the method is very, effective and provids theoretical and practical value for most of managers enraged in quality management in projects.
