摘　　要：从现今四次国际产业转移入手,深刻分析了欠发达地区成功实现产业转移必须具备的充分必要条件。在此基础上,对苏北地区承接苏南产业转移的各种条件进行了分析和探讨。This text analyzed the necessary and sufficient conditions in less developed regions to achieve successful relocation of industries from the current four international industry transfers. On this basis, it analyzed and discussed a variety of conditions on the North Jiangsu to South.
