摘　　要：2007年以来,长沙软件服务外包产业发展迅速。目前,长沙已将发展软件服务外包产业提升至城市发展的战略目标。介绍了长沙软件服务外包产业发展的基本情况,详细地分析了长沙发展软件服务外包产业的优势和劣势,为相关支持政策的制定提供依据。Software services outsourcing industry is developing rapidly in Changsha since 2007. Now it has been regarded as a strategic objective of urban development. In this paper, we introduced the basic situation of the software service out-soureing industry in Changsha. To provide the supporting policy, we also analyzed the strength and weakness of the development software service outsourcing industry in Changsha in detail.
