知识溢出对广东高技术产业发展影响的实证研究

摘　　要：采用广东省2000—2006年21个地区高技术产业的面板数据,通过三维面板数据SUR模型对知识溢出对高技术产业发展的影响进行了实证研究。结果表明,广东高技术产业存在显著的MAR外溢效应和Porter外溢效应,其中MAR外溢影响最为显著,但广东高技术产业中不存在Jacobs溢出效应。从知识溢出角度为构建高技术产业集聚群提供了证据支持。Using industrial production panel data of high - tech industries across 21 counties in Guangdong province from 2000 to 2006, we study the influence of knowledge spillovers on the development of high - tech industries in Guangdong by three - dimensional panel data SUR econometric models. The econometric analysis manifests that MAR spillover and Porter spillover is significant in the development of high - teeh industry in Guangdong and MAR spillover has the dominant effect. However, Jacobs spillover is not significant. The paper supplies the evidence for the necessity of constructing the high - tech industry cluster from the perspective of knowledge spillovers.
