摘  要:为实现适度光反馈机制下位移的测量,研究设计了基于相位解卷的位移测量算法。为了提高测量精度,对光反馈自混合干涉信号进行了预处理,重点研究了光反馈自混合干涉信号的滤波问题。通过仿真和实验,验证了本文方法的可行性。在光反馈自混合干涉位移测量系统中,使用本文所设计的方法可以重构出高精度的物体振动轨迹。In order to measure the displacement under the condition of moderate optical feedback self-mixing interference,a displacement measuring method based on phase unwrapping is introduced.To improve the measurement accuracy,the paper studied the noise elimination methods for the signals observed from a self-mixing laser diode based sensing system.The proposed methods are applied to both the simulated and experimental sensing signals.The results presented in the paper validate its feasibility.As a consequence,the vibration trace of the target can be reconstructed with high accuracy using this sensing system.Through simulation,it can be seen that the vibration signal can be reconstructed correctly form the simulated optical feedback self-mixing interference signal with 10 dB noise.
