摘　　要：对2006～2008年SCI、ISTP收录河北省4所高校的论文情况进行统计和分析,探讨其学术水平和学术地位,找出与国内重点高校的差距,分析原因并提出改进措施。Based on typical statistics and analysis of papers collected by SCI and ISTP of universities in Hebei from 2006 to 2008,this paper demonstrates the academic standards and status of the six universities and the differences between the six universities and famous universities in China,finds reasons and puts forward some measures that improve this situation.
