摘　　要：从构建和谐社会的角度探索高校图书馆的发展之路,全面把握建设和谐图书馆人文环境的丰富内涵,积极探索构建和谐图书馆的有效途径,以科学民主的决策机制、高效务实的管理方法激发图书馆馆员的活力。From view of constructing harmonious society,we explore the ways of development of university libraries,completely hold rich meaning of constructing harmonious humanism environment of library,actively explore effective route to constructing harmonious library,and inspire the energy of librarians with scientific and democratic decision-making mechanism,as well as efficient and practical management methods.
