摘 要:提出了一种用2.7μm激光Ⅱ类匹配方式泵浦ZnGeP2(ZGP)OPO输出红外激光的新方案,该方案与传统方法相比具有更多优点。实验研究了内腔式KTP OPO输入2.7μm激光,最大输出能量约为2mJ,总的电光效率为0.01%,斜效率为0.03%,能量稳定度为±7%。测量了泵浦光与信号光的和频光的波长及时间波形,由此也验证了输出的是2.7μm激光。结果表明使用此种方法输出2.7μm激光是可行的,为利用2.7μm激光作为泵浦源泵浦ZGPOPO得到3~5μm中红外激光奠定了基础。A new scheme of ZnGeP2(ZGP) Optical Parametric Oscillator(OPO) generating mid-infrared laser pumped by 2.7μm laser with type Ⅱ phase matching was presented,which had several advantages comparing with conventional method.The KTP intra-cavity OPO(IOPO) with 2.7μm laser output was used experimentally.The maximum output energy of 2.7μm laser was about 2mJ,the total EO-efficiency was 0.01%,the slope efficiency was 0.03%,and the energy stability was about ±7%.The wavelength and temporal profile of sum frequency laser of pump and signal wave were measured,which verified the output of 2.7μm laser.The results show that it is feasible to get the 2.7μm laser by this method,and it may give the foundation of getting the 3~5μm mid-infrared laser by taking the 2.7μm laser as pumping source to pump the ZGP OPO.
