摘  要:在FPGA上对多通道雷达接收机幅相不一致进行了校正。采用在通道前端输入标准信号进行测试,试探计算补偿值,输入后端校正器校正的方法实现。整个校正电路为一附加的功能模块,对原接收机结构无要求。校正后通道间信号相位误差小于0.17°,幅度误差小于0.004 dB,在工作频率170MHz时,7.42μs即可完成校正,附加延时小于0.04μs。The amplitude-phase imbalance of a multi-channel radar receiver was corrected on an FPGA.Standard testing signals were input at the front end,the compensation values were computed by a step seeking method,and then the multi-channel amplitude-phase imbalance was corrected in a latter corrector.As an additional functional module,this correction circuit requires no changes to the original structure of the receiver.The results show that after correction,the phase difference of different channels is less than 0.17°,the amplitude difference is less than 0.004dB.When working at a frequency of 170 MHz,the correction is completed in 7.42μs with additional delay less than 0.04μs.
