摘 要:针对我国高瓦斯煤层赋存特点及目前煤矿区域瓦斯治理过程中存在的问题,采用理论研究、数学建模和现场测试相结合的方式,研究了基于区域瓦斯治理的高瓦斯低透气性煤层卸压增透技术及改善瓦斯流动与解吸方式,建立了高压射流割缝卸压范围内瓦斯流动毛细管模型,并且通过对割缝主体影响区、边界影响区消突时间的对比分析,得出了割缝影响区内任一点消突的判据和割缝卸压范围内整体消突时间。最后,结合笔者多年从事瓦斯抽采的研究和科研成果,提出了基于区域瓦斯治理的钻割抽一体化技术,开发了相应的配套设备和材料,在国内有关矿井进行了应用。应用结果表明,该技术可显著提高抽放钻孔的单孔有效影响范围,减少区域瓦斯治理需要的钻孔数量,缩短区域抽采时间,提高区域抽采效率。For the coal seam characteristics with high concentration of gas and the current problems of regional gas control,the technology of pressure relief and permeability enhancements in low permeability coal seam based on regional gas control and ways to improve gas flow and desorption were researched by theoretical research,mathematical modeling and field testing,and a gas flow capillary model in the pressure relief area after slotting was established,then the outburst elimination criterion of any point in pressure relief area and the outburst elimination time of the overall pressure relief area were obtained by analyzing the outburst elimination time of slotted main affected area and boundary affected area.Additionally,ancillary equipments and materials combined with the drilling-slotting-extracting integration technology were deeply developed based on regional gas control method,which were confirmed by the field tests.The application results show that the technique can obviously enhance the drill effective range,reduce the quantity of drills,shorten the gas extraction time,increase the efficiency of the regional extraction.
